A deposit (percentage of total cost) is required at booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of service (depending on contract).

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than a set window (e.g., 72 hours or more) receive a refund (less deposit). Within that window, a partial or no refund may apply, depending on how much notice is given
Can I modify my booking (time, route, passenger count)
Yes, as long as changes are made sufficiently in advance and we can accommodate them. Additional charges may apply for changes, especially on short notice.
